  • Product purchase : for products purchased on external websites

    We are not responsible for products sold out on our service properties. The service we offer is a comparison tool that will send users to external links. Any purchase happening on an external website, whether referred by our service or not is not under our responsibility.

  • Product purchase : for purchased on our service properties

    Products sold on our service properties are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed usually within one (1) minute but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hour to complete depending on the server status. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email with a QR code for the eSIM profile using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

  • Refund Policy : for products sold by partners website

    We are not responsible for products sold on partner's websites esimhub. No refunds will be addressed for products or eSIM products purchased externally.

  • Refund Policy : for products sold by the service

    We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. We generally offer full refunds if you could not use our product for some reason. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Refund requests will be denied for any product that has been installed or used on the user's device.

  • Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
